"Dulcis in fundo" is not just a planned pampering at the end of a meal: recent studies show that cooking desserts, for themselves and for others, is good for your health. 
Take part in a meeting of a few hours to learn how to make typical sweets and rituals of the Abruzzo tradition, such as ferratelle, milk biscuits and taralli cooked in a wood oven, to bring home a bit of knowledge of Abruzzo cuisine and a bit of relaxation.

The experience can only be booked in conjunction with the overnight stay.
