INFORMATIONS

In the westernmost part of the Riviera delle Palme, the vast beaches of Andora are considered the most beautiful of the western Liguria and its weather conditions make it a paradise for sailing sports. Along the river Merula, on 200 km of felt and mule tracks, you will find castles, woods, olive groves and breathtaking views. In this magical setting, since 2006 a group of friends with a passion for sailing, aims to spread and develop outdoor sports activities, as a means of moral and psychophysical training. With particular attention to the social inclusion of people with disabilities, this team devotes its free time to the art of seafaring, spreading respect for the environment and the sea, through the pleasure of contact with nature. The non-profit association is affiliated to the IVF and the UISP. Registered to the CONI and the CIP.

PROGRAM

BASIC COURSE Learn the basics of sailing, comparing yourself with sailing maneuvers in favorable weather conditions and in a stretch of sea at low difficulty. Learn about the open sea by exploiting its weaknesses trying to bring it from "enemy" to ally. FURTHER EDUCATION COURSE Hoist a "gennaker", how to make "two edges"... You will master jargon and techniques thanks to this training course dedicated to those who have participated (successfully) in the Basic Course, are in possession of a boat license or already have good knowledge of basic maneuvers and marine terminology. For both courses, a medical certificate is required for non-competitive activities. The package can be booked on any day of the week from 01/06 to 30/09 and only on weekends from 01/10 to 31/05, subject to availability. Lessons are usually held from 02.30 pm to 05.30 pm while from 01/11 to 31/03, from 11.00 am to 02.00 am. The indicated price is per person.
