A foraging course in the mountains allows you to immerse yourself in nature by learning to respect and know the environment, its dynamics and ecosystems. It teaches you about new nutrients and amazing foods that are zero impact and free, dealing with emergency situations, some cooking tips and reading the sky and the stars. Ready to dive into the wild for a truly adventurous day?
INFORMATIONS
An opportunity to give to ourselves or to offer, a sharing experience suitable for groups of people for a formative and adventurous team building.NB in case of bad weather or unsafe situations for the group, the course will be postponed. The course is not refundable.
Dinner, bed and breakfast included in the experience.
Wear trekking/mountain sports clothing, suitable for seasonal temperatures, comfortable shoes and in case of rain or cold, heavy clothing.
Carry a backpack, water bottle and notebooks.
PROGRAM
Meeting at 1 pm at Chiareggio, Chiesa in Valmalenco.The end of the course is scheduled at 3 pm of the following day.
In the afternoon of the first day, during an exciting and suggestive trekking, you will learn to recognize and identify the seasonal botanical species, environmental exploration tips, sustainable foraging rules and many valuable tips on the conservation and use of these ingredients,
Dinner and overnight stay will take place in a refuge where you can also observe the stars and talk about orientation.
The next morning after breakfast, we will continue with the trekking experimenting small challenges and using the notions learned the previous day.
